In the light of the Coronavirus pandemic, KFR has had to review and make changes to all its operational procedures in order to keep staff and customers safe and well. 

Our warehouse is now open for customers between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Fridays and 9.30 am to 13.30 pm on Saturdays.  No sales or deliveries outside these hours. This will allow us to undertake the extra cleaning and sorting of goods required to minimise transmission of the virus.  

A maximum of 8 people will be allowed in the warehouse at any one time. 

Sanitary hand gel will be available to use before entering the warehouse please clean your hands before entering. Be responsible and maintain your 2 metre social distancing. 

Customers will be required to wear a face mask or covering in accordance with government requirements. 

Payments should ideally be made by contactless card or by payment in advance on the phone. However we will still be able to take pin card payments and cash if contactless or advance payment isn’t possible. All payments at the warehouse to be made office hath, customers are not allowed in the office. 

Donations goods to KFR

Before offering to donate an item please ask yourself – “Has anyone in the household has been tested positively, had symptoms of Covid 19 in the past 10 days”. If yes please wait until 10 days have elapsed since since the first onset of symptoms in your household. 

Please make an appointment before delivering an item to our warehouse and send a photograph. Due to limited storage capacity we cannot take items unsuitable for onward sale or supply to our charity partners. 

We will not be accepting donations from nursing or retirement homes

We are not able to undertake full house clearance, but can help with items in good condition.  

Delivery and Collections by our vans

Deliveries and collections will only take place from outside the property, we will not be entering private households.
